A Great cloud based solution for IT support teams.

Easy Way to Connect with IT for Troubleshooting
What do you like best? It's easy to use without even using a tutorial. This feature allows IT to remotely see the user's desktop. Excellent Remote Support Tool
What do you like best? First, GoToAssist allows quick access to my clients' server via email links and providing my clients the access codes to be connected right away to their computers or servers. Secondly, I can record a session which the client can save the session I case an issue re-occurs again or the client can access the recorded session for future reference. No need to have your machine all the time
What do you like best? You don't really need to install anything in your pc as his will be done in the Citrix server and all you need to have is just an internet connection What do you dislike? Sometimes it's not responsive and might take more time to launch the application What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Using as a vm to launch the business critical applications

Good reliable remote assistance and support application
What do you like best? Easy to use, easy to setup. Few connection problems trying to connect to a user. What do you dislike? Lack of support for multiple mobile platforms, buggy on reboot sometimes. What do you like best? It's a really easy tool to use to help with troubleshooting issues What do you dislike? There was a bit of lag but that is expected in a remote-esque application What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Was able to use this with clients to watch their workflows and also take control of their pc for demo purposes as needed

Citrix is a good product, but...
What do you like best? The flexibility makes this product good. Applications and software can be accessible remotely from any computer terminal from any where in the world. What do you dislike? Citrix can be quite slow if not configured properly. Administrators need to take the time to understand the workload and make the appropriate configurations.
