What do you like best? I really love the ability to help a client that I wouldn't be able to assist personally. GoToAssist Makes my Job easier!
What do you like best? I love the fact that I can review other people's computers remotely. As an IT person, I find it hard to walk someone thru problems sometimes, so it's fantastic for me to be able to see their screen and help them "live". What do you dislike? Nothing. What do you like best? Ease of use and reboot control. I like unattended capability. What do you dislike? sometimes will not connect to certain pcs Recommendations to others considering the product: I'd always make sure the Unattended setup is done before handing off pc to user. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? anything from hardware diagnostics to virus/malware removal. VPN issues.

Great experience
What do you like best? I love how easy it is to get shadowed on to users computers What do you dislike? It can be a little slow at times and users get the word fastsupport confused with staff support a lot. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Software issues. It makes the whole IT process a lot easier by being able to shadow on to a users screen.

What do you like best? It was easy to send a link to someone to remote into their computers. What do you dislike? It was very expensive for what we are trying to use it for. Great Product Update - All in one!
What do you like best? I have used this company software for many years, back when it was LogMeIn Rescue. Their recent merger combines many products into one easy-to-manage admin console. The login process for my users is much better now having 1 place to login rather than many different login sites depending on the product you use. Simple Support
What do you like best? Easy to connect, easy to navigate, easy to use, easy for customer to use, attractive UI What do you dislike? None that I can think of. The tool is simple and useful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? GoToAssist helps to solve to problem of not quite understanding the customer or them not understanding you. With GoToAssist, you can take out the guesswork and get to the solution.
