Intutive product that helps you to increase ratings
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Reputology allows us to manage all out reviews into simple software dashboard, we are even provided with great analytic resource for our setbacks and gains. I love the surveys we use whenever our client wants to check out. It allows us to set a threshold to ask the users to share the content on social channels. I highly recommend Reputology for managing reviews
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We are using Reputology for more than 2 years, and it’s great tool for monitoring 40+ hotels review sites. We are able to manage all reviews for our hotels from various review sites and to access and respond from one single place. Our clients (hotels’ managers) are very satisfied with this tool because they get daily email summary without login to the system to see the reviews. So far so good
What do you like best? The constant touch points from Jack and that there's a central hub of reviews I can check at-a-glance. What do you dislike? No Yelp and I would say that's about it. Not liking that there's a minimum of characters required to complete this survey. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None so far.

Working with your platform for a couple of weeks now
What do you like best? The regular updates that are all housed in one area. What do you dislike? No Yelp integration. Great tool for monitoring feedback
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Great tool for small-sized businesses, it keeps you on top of the reviews you are receiving on sites like Google, Foursquare, Yelp and many others. Flexible and Responsive Team
What do you like best? Reputology was recommended by a member of a Facebook group I belong to as a great tool they use to monitor online reviews. I requested a demo and received an immediate response. The demo blew me away! Reputology offers the analytics that I was looking for and then some. Impressed with Reputology
What do you like best? Reputology is great a keep everything in one place and then letting me know if there is ever a review missed. What do you dislike? It's doesn't have the prettiest backend. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps to ensure that I haven't missed any online reviews and recaps the week nicely with an email.

Everything works smoothly and gets the job done.
What do you like best? The simplicity! Gets the job done! So easy to use. What do you dislike? Cannot save responses. You can't just get one companies analytics, you have to apply and re-apply filters. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Papa John's is currently going through a rough patch and Reputology has helped us stay on top of things and not miss one review. Benefits are primarily the simplicity and the survey feature!
