Lacking in a lot of features & function
What do you like best? Sadly there was not a lot to like. I will say that support is quick to answer. What do you dislike? This list is very long. However, I will keep it short. The system was very clunky and it felt like I was beta testing something. From icons not loading, "Submit" buttons being hidden (you had to scroll inside of a box and the system not offering a full white label solution. You also had to manually enter every review site... What do you like best? Reputation Loop does not acquire customer insights regarding the company as a whole but also about the service offered by a specific employee assigned to clients. What do you dislike? I’m still gonna evaluate this product . What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? employers can assess their workers’ performances and take measures to ensure that they offer customer service that is on par with company standards.

What do you like best? Reputation Loop makes it easy to get customers to leave reviews. They get posted to big sites like Google and Facebook. Reputation's Rockin
What do you like best? I really like that this is a software that keeps the integrity of reviews in check. It doesn't allow for unfounded reviews to be posted and potentially ruin someone's business. Don't have to worry about one bad apple anymore. What do you dislike? I don't like that it involves a lot of rerouting and interfacing with both mobile devices and computers. Great technology for customer feedback
What do you like best? It helps us automate customer feedback and manage customer relationships. I like how easy it is to use and that it allows us to reach out to past customers for additional feedback. The reports are also helpful. Very helpful for reputation management
What do you like best? The ability to drop tons of customers into the automated reviews sequence is great and efficient. Being able to suppress negative reviews but still see and respond to them makes for the perfect balance of gaining good reviews online while still rectifying bad experiences with customers and learning how to improve. Our Clients Love Reputation Loop!
What do you like best? These software is an excellent way to get reviews on most major social media sites. The pricing is reasonable as well. What do you dislike? We are excited about their upcoming new product roll out. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Encouraging our client's patients to give their feedback on their medical experience. This makes the patient feels valued as well as knowing if they have any issues.

RL is good software for your agency
