Reputation has made it incredibly easy for us to track our customer satisfaction
What do you like best? The ease of it and that the review post immediately to Google What do you dislike? That the system doesn't tally the reveiws by date. I have to manually count reviews What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting customer feedback. We are able to reward our employees for their customer service.

Great For Business Reviews & Feedback
What do you like best? What I like best about Reputation is the fact it automatically generates emails to customers asking to review our business. When we ask for reviews in office a lot forget since they already have enough on their mind, with Reputation it is a gentle nudge and visuals always help as well. What do you dislike? Great product but items are occasionally missed
What do you like best? The backend system and reporting are phenomenal. You can quickly and easily locate the information you need as well as both quantify and qualify your cumulative online reputation and how you can directly improve it. What do you dislike? I am regularly finding reviews that the Reputation.com team should have responded to but missed. Works and doesn't work. Helpful but problematic
What do you like best? The dashboard and ability to view and respond to reviews What do you dislike? It can be like a roller coaster. Score goes up and then sits stagnant even as positive reviews are made. Such an easy way to keep on top of my online reputation!
What do you like best? Reputation is a great way to keep track of all of your online reviews and feedback. I appreciate that I immediately get an email when a patient leaves a review for my office, and I can simply log in and reply - whether that review was left on Facebook, Google, or my own company website.
