What do you like best? I truly like that it a one stop shop. I can go to one application and find all of our reviews, respond to them and send them out from one single platform. . What do you like best? The dashboard is great. Very easy to create custom views and reports. These reports are curtailed to the needs of the business developers, providers, office managers, and corporate stakeholders. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike. What do you like best? It is easy to navigate and loads up quickly. What do you dislike? Nothing. It works well. I really have no complaints. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All my staff realizes that I personally read and answer all reviews...both negative and positive. These reviews help me monitor how well we are doing with our customers. It also allows me to see and respond to deficiencies that need to be addressed.
