Great Tool!
What do you like best? It's such an inclusive tool that it makes managing your online reputation simple. What do you dislike? I wish they could integrate Yelp and also have the flagging go to the native platform as well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Awesome platform! Makes reviewing or franchises so much simpler.
What do you like best? I love how easy it is to respond to reviews and view what guests are saying about all 30 of our franchises. What do you dislike? The hours platform has never been stable. Great Way to Stay in Tune with Residents!!
What do you like best? The social media tools are a great way to schedule things and see them all at one time on the calendar! What do you dislike? Great Product!
What do you like best? I love being able to see all over the reviews across our entire portfolio. It really provides a clear picture of where we stand. The breakdown across properties really shows where the problems lie and where things can be improved. I have enjoyed using the map as well as it is a great visual breakdown of what is going on across the portfolio.
