The key role of customer success manager on our account has seen constant turn over since Day 1. This creates a backlog of outstanding items and communicating the same things over and over again. Great Tool!

What do you like best? It's such an inclusive tool that it makes managing your online reputation simple. What do you dislike? I wish they could integrate Yelp and also have the flagging go to the native platform as well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Fantastic Product for Healthcare Organizations

What do you like best? I love that it connects to the EMR for a seamless patient review experience. What do you dislike? There isn't much I dislike about this product. What do you like best? The social media tools are a great way to schedule things and see them all at one time on the calendar! What do you dislike? There's honestly nothing I can think of at this time-still learning things everyday! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great Product!

What do you like best? I love being able to see all over the reviews across our entire portfolio. It really provides a clear picture of where we stand. The breakdown across properties really shows where the problems lie and where things can be improved. I have enjoyed using the map as well as it is a great visual breakdown of what is going on across the portfolio.
