This is a good program to promote your social media presence on.

What do you like best? I like that it shows the best time to post on the various platforms. What do you dislike? When a post is edited (before being approved) it shows up as two separate posts. What do you like best? At a glance metrics across state and local lines. Lots of custom metrics and they are easy to get detailed reports. Very easy to reply and have coordination between the team to address bad reviews. What do you dislike? The support team takes a while to get back to you about tickets. Decent Service at an Amazing Cost

What do you like best? The off-the-shelf cost is a bit much, but you can negotiate much lower (50% lower if you have 60+ locations) What do you dislike? Social Media widget is buggy and not ideal. Updates and fixes are slow. Listings management is unintuitive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's a great solution for the cost - streamlines reviews for all our 100+ locations.

What do you like best? The reporting is comprehensive and the macros that allow you to easily insert saved replies with conditional text formatting are a huge time saver. What do you dislike? The system is unstable and regularly has technical issues that disrupt our ability to read and respond to new reviews in a timely manner.
