It doesn't work, so I have to reach out to the support team to update my locations. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I have enjoyed having a centralized location for my teams to manage reviews and social postings all in one platform. What do you dislike? Having the loss of Yelp integration has unfortunately resulted in reduced productivity for my teams and visibility of my assets. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reputation.com allows the team to react to favorable and unfavorable reviews in a timely manner.

Reputation's metrics are great but the company's response time is poor and its answers are mediocre.

What do you like best? The metrics and the ability to customize metrics are great. I also like that you can easily download and share charts and reviews. These items help in showing the story of progress that has been made in managing the organization's reputation. Answering reviews, when it works, right from the platform is also a tremendous help.
