Reputation set the standard!

I have never been to an event that's been as welcoming and engaging as Transform24. Reputation hosted an event to it's clients/customers, that illustrated everything the customer experience should be. "Great for Business!"

What do you like best about Reputation? I love that we can see all of the details regarding the amount of reviews received, the ratings, etc. all in one place. It is so useful because as a business we're able to see the areas where we excel but also the areas where we lack in order to make the necessary improvements.

"Comprehensive & Informative"

What do you like best about Reputation? Reputation is a great portal for viewing a ton of detailed metrics on the different variables that can truly affect one's reputation to the public across multiple review sites affiliated with your business. They provided detailed tips and are able to quantify more qualitative aspects of reviews in a clear and concise way.

"Reputation Works!"

What do you like best about Reputation? I like best that Reputation is easy to navigate. If there is ever a question I may have, I can reach out to the support team and they quickly respond and help to find a solution or answer my questions. I like the lunch and learns. They have been so helpful to me with managing our Google reviews and surveys. While they are educational, they are lots of fun to participate.

"Talk About Game Changer"

What do you like best about Reputation? I love Repuation to see what score each of my communites are at. Its a fun way of staying competitive to reach that best in class goal. The quick request feature is a daily task I remind my teams to do after every tour to make sure we are ensuring those inputs of reviews. Lastly, the RepX insights on how to gain more points per different ILS. This helps the teams make sure we are gaining positive point across the board on all platfroms!

What do you like best about Reputation? Reputation is the most convenient and effective way to get 5 star reviews across multiple platforms. I can send clients customized text messages and or emails with convnient links one or more review sites like Google, Facebook and more that make it so easy for the client to leave a great review. I have great success getting more top notch reviews using Reputation than any other method.

"My experience with Reputation has been great and love that that keep adding new features!"

What do you like best about Reputation? I like the ability to respond to all of my reviews in one location and push out posts to all of my location pages at one time. I also like the detailed reports and performance analytics for social media and online reputation to see how each location is performing compared to local competition. "Great Resource for Reputation Management"

What do you like best about Reputation? I love that I have the opportunity to see all of my reviews and I am able to reply directly from Reputation without having to go to each review site individually. Seeing my Reputation score is also an ego boost and a wonderful way to let staff know the team is doing a geat job.

What do you like best about Reputation? The best part about the platform is the ease of use. Once it is implemented, you can manage all of your listing in one place. It covers the major maps platforms including Google, Apple, and Bing, ensureing that your customers are getting the correct information, regardless of the device they are using. It also helps us maintain a consistent brand image across the major listings since it is all in a central dashboards.
