Reputation.com is an invaluable tool for our everyday business

What do you like best? It makes it incredibly easy to see and collate reviews, showing us our problem areas and what we need to improve upon. It makes everything very easy to see and find, and the daily email run downs and reports we get make it digestible. I do like the dashboard giving a great overhead view of the entire organization, and it definitely makes it a little easier to find exactly what I am looking for at a quick glance.
