Sometimes there can be too many tickets and emails flying back and forth, but that's on me, I'd rather see it all than nothing. What do you like best? The ease of responding to reviews across platforms is the feature we like the most. It makes staying on top of responding to reviews so easy, and the variety of pre-written responses makes the process even easier. What do you dislike?
