What do you like best? We were able to consolidate 4 tools into one with Reputation.com this saves us time and makes it easier for our people to use. What do you dislike? Sometimes the tool can be a little clunky on some of their assets, but that is expected when it is not a specialized tool for something like say social media. Incredibly powerful platform that has helped us a lot
What do you like best? I like the central management, scoring, and combined GSR/'review templates the most. It also is easy for our sales teams to use and they have been able to improve their review profiles and the amount of people submitting from our last platform. What do you like best? Having a centralized location to manage all of our online reviews has enabled me to reply to significantly more of them. I am able to reach more of our patients and address their concerns with the help of our management team thanks to Reputation.com's interface. Great product for monitoring requesting and responding to reviews!
What do you like best? What I like the most is that reputation is super pro-active in increase review volume and helping to work through negative sentiment by providing a quick and easy process for responding to reviews on most of our listing sources.
