Easy and Convenient to use

What do you like best? I really like how I can respond to all of our reviews in one place, regardless of where they're from. It's also very handy to have the provided scripted responses to use when replying to a customer. Sometimes it's hard to think of the right wording and having those options really help out. What do you like best? Pre-set and customization of your templates to send review requests - different divisions can set up their own or use a company standard. You can choose the review site you wish to send an individual client to, or you can let Reputation decide. Our review response rate more than tripled with Reputation.com! What do you dislike? Sometimes there can be too many tickets and emails flying back and forth, but that's on me, I'd rather see it all than nothing.
