Couldn't Do My Job Without It!

What do you like best? reply.io was very easy to set up and start using. It's incredibly reliable and creates very helpful data and insights that we use to improve our prospecting. What do you dislike? Would like more feedback on how to garner more responses, but they're already added some enhancements to this end. Recommendations to others considering the product: Super easy to use and makes managing sales prospects and email follow-ups incredibly easy. What problems are ...

Best Email Marketing Solution Around!

What do you like best? *Ease of use *Lightning fast response times *Metrics/reporting *Price *Flexibility and ease of customization *Did I say customer service? What do you dislike? To be honest there really isn't much not to like with Reply. They are best-in-breed for all of our marketing use cases...we'd truly be lost without their product! Recommendations to others considering the product: Highly recommend What problems are you solving with the ...

Great tool to automate the sales outreach process

What do you like best? Setting up cadences with Reply is easy and fast. Along with their salesforce integration, my team can easily upload existing contacts and have their activity logged in SFDC. With a high volume pipeline, Reply is a great way to stay on top of outreach without needing to set reminders or have to stay on my team to continue follow ups. What do you dislike? The initial set up of the tech was a bit difficult. There were several steps that needed to be done to ...

Email Automation Gold

What do you like best? We tested dozens of email automation services over the last 18 months and Reply is the clear winner. Their sequencing is gold. Way easier to use and customize than any other service. The AI for subject lines and readability is excellent as well. What do you dislike? My only dislike about the platform is the speed. It can be very sluggish at times when shifting through different campaigns. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

Great tool for all types of sales communications

What do you like best? My two favorite features are the drip functionality, which allows you to send follow up emails in case there's no reply, and the reply tagging functionality which is scary accurate (seems their using ML classifiers for this) and tags replies as 'Interested' or not. What do you dislike? Nothing, the product is great all around! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I've used Reply for everything from mass drip ...

The most cost effective, user-friendly platform for email outreach

What do you like best? I'm a HUGE fan of Reply.io. I did a price/feature analysis on all competitors and found Reply to be the most affordable by far without losing core functionality. The UX/UI of the product is cutting-edge, a novice could figure out how to start sending campaigns in no time. What do you dislike? Not much to say here, honestly. I had a pleasant sales experience, the support was always quick to respond and helpful, the product is easy to use. Recommendations to ...

Best Tool!

What do you like best? Beyond being really easy to use, the support/customer service is really on point; super timely and always helpful. I've used this tool to execute many strategies, and refine them as I go along. What do you dislike? To be honest, haven't found anything to dislike yet. Recommendations to others considering the product: Keep feeding the machine and reaping the benefits. If you're unsure of how to start, use their templates, and A/B test your cold emails. ...

#1 for Cold Email

What do you like best? Love the simplicity of Reply. They know what they are good at and its cold email. Their platform is simple and also robust when you want it to be. We used it mainly for cold outreach at around 1,000 emails per week and it worked flawlessly. Their template library alone is worth the price IMO. What do you dislike? The team section could use some work. Its not a functionality thing just takes some time getting used to. What problems are you solving with ...

Startup's best friend

What do you like best? Being able to automate drip email campaigns has been huge for my startup. Reply quickly went from being a cool tool to being absolutely indispensable to my sales efforts. I'm still learning all of its functionality and depth and how to leverage it for customer acquisition and lead gen. What do you dislike? It takes management and time to do it right. Be careful to keep your CRM and Reply updated with all the most current info, otherwise your drip campaigns ...
