What do you like best? Perfect usability for salespeople. Easy-to-understand interface and functionality that is very quickly explainable to the newcomers and juniors. Great tool for cold outreach

What do you like best? Using reply, we have managed to create very effective campaigns that achieved high response rates following their best practices. What do you dislike? There are some few bugs that if your developers could work on, I would give a straight 10. For example the signature and the bcc emails often get removed automatically that gave us hard time in exporting the campaigns to our CRM and not having the signature in place resulted in fewer response rates. What do you like best? I used Reply for my inbound real estate needs and its brilliant. Very clean UI. Very easy to use. The pre-built templates saved me time and the sequence automation saved me hundreds of hours tracking all our inbound leads, which we used to do via Google Sheets. What do you dislike? Bad ass Mass Sales Email Software

What do you like best? Reply has a really slick interface and reasonably robust integration with Zapier. This is my first time doing mass emails so the support team has been absolutely awesome in giving me guidance both in Reply specific actions but also Mass email guidelines in general.
