Excellent

What do you like best? very good product in terms of its objective - getting people to respond to my marketing initatives support is first class - i use a number of different platforms (some more expensive) for different things and you have the best support. this is a KEY differentiator What do you dislike? no much. the system is easy to use and intutivive. One note on PR. When you system went down a few weeks back the note to you clients should be from your CEO. It's ...

Solid product for outbound outreach

What do you like best? I have used Reply for multiple outbound recruiting and biz dev campaigns and generally always had success with deliverability and replies (No pun intended). The customer support is great. The reporting gives you all the important stuff that you need to run an intelligent campaign. What do you dislike? The archiving and removal of campaigns is not my favorite, but really my only complaint. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

Best on the market (and I've tried them all)

What do you like best? Blacklisting is great - super important for my niche. Had a lot of issues with other solutions I had which got me into some hot water. Never an issue here. The UX is really clean, intuitive and easy to use. Support is great and most importantly business focused. They're trying to help you get more response and make more money. What do you dislike? Really not a lot to dislike. Support getting back in 3 minutes instead of 5? What problems are you solving with ...

Reply makes it easy to do personalization at scale

What do you like best? I like how easy the software is to use. They also make really great suggestions on things like the subject line, length of copy, reading level, tone, and call to action. It's really smart and puts you in check when you get a little too excited writing your emails. What do you dislike? I wish this tool was built directly into Hubspot so I didn't have to use multiple platforms for sales outreach. That said, it's good to keep people at the top of the funnel ...

Great for planning followup

What do you like best? I was spending too much time and worry about keeping in touch with people. The fact is without some planned followup sequence - people will eventually get lost and not respond to your email. What do you dislike? I hope reply will expand the API to help external software control more functions. You don't need this if you use it as intended - but I have to make new campaigns every time I deal with the same person through the same process again. What problems ...

Lead Gen Machine

What do you like best? The set it and forget it ability. Once you have optimized your email messages, it is so nice to be able to have your lead gen run on autopilot. Saves hours of time following up. What do you dislike? Price is a bit high compared to competitors Recommendations to others considering the product: Worth a try, even if the price is a bit higher! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lead gen and more customers ...

Good service

What do you like best? Reply allows me to streamline my outreach and track all interaction. It's the only way I'm able to make all my necessary touch-points What do you dislike? I really like Reply. I can't think of anything right now that would improve the product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use Reply for my PR outreach for big announcements targeting a large audience. It's the only way to get the word out there in an ...

This is a powerful tool for outreach campaigns.

What do you like best? Setting up cadences with Reply is easy and fast. With a high volume pipeline, Reply is a great way to stay on top of outreach without needing to set reminders or have to stay on my team to continue follow ups. What do you dislike? The initial set up of the tech was a bit difficult. There were several steps that needed to be done to configure our emails (gmail) to integrate with the Reply platform. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

Great for advertising agencies and Cold emails.

What do you like best? The simplicity of the dashboard and the UX make this platform great. What do you dislike? Some troubleshooting for third-party integration email platforms was needed but customer service was great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Business Development Automation.

Overall solid outbound tool

What do you like best? It's a much slicker UI than its competitors i.e. Yesware. It also has intelligent features like the ability to know when to shut off an e-mail entirely. The blacklist features is broadly nice for eliminating domains you don't want to mistakenly send to (i.e. existing customers). The support team is really helpful as well. What do you dislike? Blacklisting individuals is still limited -- you have to do a workaround where you import and then blacklist, which ...
