Reply covers all our outbounding needs and offers great support
What do you like best? It's simple and easy to use and has the functions needed for us to execute our range of outbounding activities. The UI is intuitive, but if I ever have a question, support is there within minutes to answer me and guide me in the right direction. What do you dislike? Reply is a great functional tool, despite needing a bit of enhancement
What do you like best? Reply provides the appearance of intimate, personalized emails which diminishes a lot of the pain associated with cold outbound campaigns. What do you dislike? While this format is excellent for initiating contact, it lacks the versatility necessary for communicating specific product information. Great tool for a small team
What do you like best? Being able to reliably send a large amount of emails and follow ups is invaluable. The flexibility of form fields and scheduling is great, and the intelligence to stop campaigns for folks that reply to emails is a life saver. What do you dislike? Doesn't perform as promised. Save your money!
What do you like best? It has potential, but unfortunately it's still in the beta stage. Too many bugs and too little capacity to be of value. Great for scaling prospecting!
What do you like best? Reply is intuitive and great for scaling email outreach, whilst maintaining an element of personalisation. New campaigns can be created in minutes and I like how the system drip feeds the emails, rather than distributing in bulk. What do you dislike? When using the system as a team, I think the features to share templates and campaigns could be improved - it is not as straight forward as it should be and caused some confusion. What do you like best? I have been using Reply for seven months in conjunction with our organizations CRM for our sales team and couldn't be happier.
