You need to pay for everything!

Now everything costs money and these are very expensive. I also don’t agree with the recent decisions Replit made.

You need to pay for everything

For what I need it for, it’s way too much money. I also don’t agree with the recent decisions Replit made. It seems like you are trying to migrate away from hobbies developers into big companies. Neither will work because the plans you offer are way too pricey.

From good to absolute worst

Everything was going smoothly, until the company decided to start emptying pockets of their users above anything else. Replit announced that your repls could only stay online when you are actively within the workspace, now Replit Deployments stand as Replit's only hosting option. This decision seemed to counter Replit's user-friendly ethos, sparking widespread confusion and shock within the community. Especially as they promised to never force users to move away from pingers to a paid ...

"Repl.it Review"

What do you like best about Repl.it? Repl.it supports a lot of languages like Python, C, Ruby, etc. It also helps me and my group to work on projects easily. I can also customize my own themes in Repl.it. Also, 100 Days of Code was really helpful in my studies. What do you dislike about Repl.it? In Repl.it, free version has limited RAM and storage, which can be fustrating while working with Java. The limited RAM and storage can be restrictive for more resource-intensive projects. ...

New very expensive pricing, predatory billing, and lies about discounts

While this was once a fantastic service, they have made it exponentially more expensive. It just isn't affordable anymore. They gutted the original "hacker" (which was $7 per month) plan and added all the great features from it to another new plan called "pro" which is $20 per month. They have a predatory upgrade page as well, with no checkout page. Clicking the button for the new "pro" plan instantly charges you and upgrades your account. If you want to downgrade, you have to contact ...

Teams for education is worst

The interface looks nice, but teams for education doesn't work. My students cannot find the projects, I can not see what they code or what they're trying to chat with me. Students need to create a new account if they want to join my team. If I create multiple teams, my students need multiple account. Wow, that's some good reasoning there! Python loads indefinitely. Replit is so crappy
