The platform is very user friendly including the mobile app, customer support is second to none, and the development team is always selling ways to improve the platform. What do you like best about RentRedi? The app is easy to use for anyone. Your Tenant just needs to have a smart device like a smart phone or tablet and they are ready to go, the app tracks the money for me and makes it easy for the tenant to see what they owe, I can enter in payments for them for the whole term of the lease ! What do you like best about RentRedi? Customer support is excellent. They were always there to work through whatever issues we had. What do you dislike about RentRedi? We ran into some kinks with the payments getting processed a few times. Mainly with their payment processor on the backend of their system. What do you like best about RentRedi? I get notified when tenants pay, they get a rental receipt and, the money is deposited to my client trust accounts. What do you like best about RentRedi? First thing I think of when it comes to RentRedi is finally something for any size investor. The pricing is incredibly flexible. Monthly, yearly, and of course a product that makes sense in price discount if you commit to multiple years. Second the responsiveness of the team is amazing.
