What do you like best about RentRedi? The all inclusive platform. Makes it easy to have everything in one place. I like that it can take rents mostly and I can change the tenants rent on the fly if I were to give them credit for something. Some of my tenants are on section 8 so I can still spit up the two payments and manually add the other. Customer service is pretty nice. What do you dislike about RentRedi? "Great upcoming company for the small, average, and large landlord"

What do you like best about RentRedi? I have found the app to very user friendly. The customer service has always been very thorough and quick to respond to my questions. Looking forward to testing the payments service as I am still looking to sign my first tenant. What do you dislike about RentRedi? I find some difficulty using the website version on my computer at times. Responses to accepted prequalified applicants cannot be edited for some reason. I am able to edit the response when ...

What do you like best about RentRedi? Early into the process and once I figured it out seems pretty straight-forward What do you dislike about RentRedi? It seemed hard to get started. only because I was moving tenants from one product to this product What problems is RentRedi solving and how is that benefiting you? I could assume the cost of using the program for each tenant vs to the cost of my other program I was using.

"Convenient platform for tenants and landlords with Top notch customer service"

What do you like best about RentRedi? One of my favorite features thus far has been that my tenants actually like this platform and the ease of set up and detail that they are able to access. The ease of sending a maintenance request has been convenient for both sides as well. One of the other great features I’ve experienced is the quick customer service and resolution to any issues I have had. The professionalism and follow up are second to none.
