What do you like best about RentRedi? Customer support is fast and diligent, they always get back to me and follow up What do you dislike about RentRedi? No desktop tenant version (yet). But they always ask for new features. What problems is RentRedi solving and how is that benefiting you? I collect payment, advertise, send out notifications and schedule maintenance all in one.

Simplicity of the interface and the powerful tools which allow me to focus more on growing our property management business and less on little ticky tacky things like collecting rent. It is also amazing that I can chat with a human within about 30 seconds at almost any time if I am having an issue understanding my software. What do you dislike about RentRedi? "RentRedi fundamentally changed my rental business!"

What do you like best about RentRedi? One of the biggest thorns in my side is managing maintenance. RentRedi transformed that process. Tenants submit requests through the app and it now goes straight to my team. I'm no longer the middle man. It also replaced our CRM so we have less fragmentation. It's a one-stop-shop for many tools for landlords. And their support is absolutely amazing! What do you dislike about RentRedi?
