What do you like best about RentRedi? Automated rent collection makes management simpler. Automated reminders on the due date and daily until rent is paid also help to ensure timely collection of rent. What do you dislike about RentRedi? The hold time between rent collection and payout to the landlord's account is about a week. In today's environment, that feels like an eternity. What do you like best about RentRedi? It gives a quick view of everything I need. Current rents, rents due, pending applications, etc. Getting information from applicants is great. Once I figured out how to navigate some of the site, it has a lot of great features. I still don't know them all. What do you dislike about RentRedi? It's not always easy to find all of the operations the site can do. The buttons are not recognizable to open or expand options so see information. I find myself ...

What do you like best about RentRedi? Rather than having a to do list for each property, and a sheet for who has paid rent, plus running to the bank to make deposits, this puts everything in one place. I also like the ability to have clients upload videos rather than calling to ask them specifically what is needed. It also prevents them from calling me at crazy hours which is another plus. Also I can set up quarterly to do items for the maintenance guy, and he gets emails for repairs as ...

What do you like best about RentRedi? The support is amazing, it really is nice to have someone there 24/7 to handle requests. That along with the Home Depot account. What do you dislike about RentRedi? The UI/UX is bad, quirky, not fluid and it seems as if the "app" is basically just a website. What problems is RentRedi solving and how is that benefiting you? Organization, ease of online payments and my maintenance team gets emails for issues that arise whether I put them in or the tenants do.

What do you like best about RentRedi? Navigation through the platform is a breeze. It is effortless to figure things out on my own, and when I can not, the customer service chat feature has proven to be quick and helpful. What do you dislike about RentRedi? I would recommend adding an online (desktop) version of the site for my renters to use. I have several tenants that don't use smart phones and would appreciate a desktop version. What do you like best about RentRedi? It is easy to set up and use right away. What do you dislike about RentRedi? They need more assistance/ guidance for the accounting section. What problems is RentRedi solving and how is that benefiting you? Rent payments, maintenance request, listing and prescreening all made easy in one place. This saves me time and money.
