"Fast, friendly, and super helpful"

What do you like best about RentRedi? I love how responsive they are! The website is super easy to use, but in the case you need help, they are there even late at night!!! AMAZING! What do you dislike about RentRedi? Nothing. They are amazing and the website is super user friendly. No complaints here! What problems is RentRedi solving and how is that benefiting you? It clears up my schedule, by allowing my tenants one place to make payment, submit maintenance, and reach us with any concerns!

What do you like best about RentRedi? The application and screening process is very easy for potential tenants and for landlords. We have all of our applicants apply through RentRedi. It is very easy for them to upload documents for us to review. What do you dislike about RentRedi? Sometimes I can't find what I am looking for under the help articles, but a quick chat will always get me the answers that I am looking for from one of the friendly representatives. "Many great features, took some time to find my way around."

What do you like best about RentRedi? Patient engagement options are great. The email and texting feature is worth the price for the whole program, in my opinion. What do you dislike about RentRedi? The UI doesn't flow. I have to hunt to find things like patient rent payments paid. I think that should be visible on the main tenant page front and center. "Awesome platform for managing my rentals"

What do you like best about RentRedi? It was very easy to get everyone connected and start using RentRedi. I appreciate the customer support the most. All of my questions have been answered within a few minutes. What do you dislike about RentRedi? I do not have any downsides to my experience at this point. What problems is RentRedi solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows me to manage my properties and collect payments without constant interaction with my tenants.

"Game changer for landlords"

What do you like best about RentRedi? Everything is so streamlined. There isn't a ton of fluff that would never get used. It's a straight forward solution for landlords to be hands off of own from afar. What do you dislike about RentRedi? I do wish you could seperate into different portfolios. What problems is RentRedi solving and how is that benefiting you? Giving renters multiple ways to pay rent is an amazing solution.

What do you like best about RentRedi? I like having rental income automated; I spend a lot less time chasing renters who are late. Because it automatically assesses late fees, I don’t have to get involved in that and it helps avoid animosity from the tenants and my tendency to be a bit soft on enforcing late fees. "All-in-one, easy to use property management tool!"

What do you like best about RentRedi? It is easy to set up! There are great tutorials that show exactly how to add renters, create charges, and see what is due or upcoming! The dashboard gives me a big picture view of everything so I can stay informed. What do you dislike about RentRedi? The multiple "cards" for tenants.
