It’s a life saver!

PROS: Rentec Direct's accounting dashboard was pretty neat. Even though there were some glitches, & hiccups but nothing that their support can't handle. Really neat

Good management tool for rentals

PROS: Rentec Direct enables me to track data about my rental properties so I can manage these a lot better. I'm able to find out easily if the tenants are doing ok, and if there's issues or work needed to be done on their unit. I'm also able to vet if a potential tenant is good or not.

Good, user-friendly software

PROS: I like that it's user-friendly and very detailed. As a property management tool, it's very good to have.

What do you like best about Rentec Direct? I like that the software can keep all the information on my rental properties in one place, and help me manage the issues surrounding rentals. It tracks the tenants, and the work needed for each unit. It also has a good tenant screening feature.

What do you like best about Rentec Direct? Rentec is great. I use the software for properties we have in Florida and it is easy to use, comprehensive and all encompassing. Great for property management.

What do you like best about Rentec Direct? The software is very affordable per unit and you are able to have multiple properties. The additional customizations that they have added over the past years are a huge benefit and they even send you a summary quarterly of all the updates that have taken place.

What do you like best about Rentec Direct? Rentec makes my job a breeze. The software contains pretty much everything I need to run my business. The accounting platform for managing my properties is nice and easy to learn. The built in tenant screening makes it easy for me to screen potential tenants, and the built in ACH gives me a hands off approach to rent collection.
