But today I needed them for advice about our taxes and they are so well-trained, that the answer was immediately forthcoming. What do you like best about Rent Manager? I have used all major PM software and RM is by far my favorite. Architicture is great, everything flow back and forth from accounting. High level reports drill down right to individual tasks.

What do you like best about Rent Manager? Rent Manager offers all the components you need to run a property management company. It is easy to learn, easy to implement all aspects of your business. As a third party property manager we rely heavily on the accounting and workorder systems to bill our Clients. The office uses the program constantly throughout the day and maintenance uses it in the field. Customer service is and always has been awesome and FREE!
