The entire team was responsive to a specific request to extend the use of the platform beyond our initial subscription to help us get more acclimated without further fees.

Prompt Customer Service
I had a glitch with the system showing that my storage hadn’t updated so it wouldn’t let me make new visualizers. They got back to me right away with the issue already resolved so I didn’t have to wait thru any back and forth. A few days before that there was an error with my purchase of the subscription not showing in the app. Turns out it was my fault because I signed in with the wrong email lol, but they took care of it promptly and explained everything to me in detail even tho the ...

"Highly recommended"
What do you like best about Renderforest? I have been using RenderForest for well over a year now and I highly appreciate the platform for all that it does, especially the logo reveals, website maker and explainer videos. Plus their support is fantastic! What do you dislike about Renderforest? There is room to make things a bit more dynamic and versatile with sound tracks and I would like to see more people of colour in the explainer videos which only have caucasian people. Ana and her team at Renderforest are AMAZING!
I was helped by Ana and her team. They resolved my website issue. My website was down and they worked to resolve it as quickly as possible while I was busy with my clients. Ana was quite incredible and got my website back up and running as quickly as possible. Considering that I use a different web host, I was quite impressed by how Ana and her team were able to make this happen.
