Very good experience with the Remote Support

I have a very good experience with the Remote Support. I was supported by Jaime Duran, from the Payroll Client Services Team, and the issue I had was promptly solved.

Support is really nice and efficient

While I was having some issues regarding my benefits, Micaela from support was prmpt to answer and offer guidance, since today is a US holiday I'll have to wait until the next working day to get a solution. However the support is quick and efficient.
