"Happy With The Service"

What do you like best about ReminderCall? Sends text reminders instantly and is easy to use. What do you dislike about ReminderCall? It defaults to the last Reminder Template I used instead of a letting us set a default template. Is there a way to set a default? There have been times I wasn't paying attention and sent a cancellation text to all of our appointments. "Easy to use, good service for the cost"

What do you like best about ReminderCall? The ability to send mass texts quickly to our volunteers What do you dislike about ReminderCall? Trying to get all the information into 140 characters. Also it would be nice to have the texts sent from the same number What problems is ReminderCall solving and how is that benefiting you? Reminding volunteers of their time to serve

"Fantastic and easy to use"

What do you like best about ReminderCall? We were able to integrate the RC into our schedule which automated all our reminder texts. What do you dislike about ReminderCall? I don't have any complaints with the product. Recommendations to others considering ReminderCall: Try it first What problems is ReminderCall solving and how is that benefiting you? We have seen our appointment "show up" rate increase with these simple text reminders.

"Excellent Reminder Service"

What do you like best about ReminderCall? I love that its automatic and that there are multiple options for how the patient receives the reminder. What do you dislike about ReminderCall? Sometimes the system incurs a tunneling issue and the system doesn't send the reminders. Because our patients are so used to getting the reminders they sometimes forget their appointment if they don't receive the reminder. "This site has made our reminder process seamless and easy to use."

What do you like best about ReminderCall? It is very simple to use and the integration with our scheduling software is seamless! It is also very reliable. What do you dislike about ReminderCall? "Easy and consistent"

What do you like best about ReminderCall? Consistent and individualized phone reminder messages at a reasonable price. What do you dislike about ReminderCall? I have not experienced problems. I needed two different messages and reminder calls accommodated my request. What problems is ReminderCall solving and how is that benefiting you? Increase in patient appointments resulting in increased revenue.

"Amazing!"

What do you like best about ReminderCall? Helps clients remember they have a balance owed. Since using it has truly helped. What do you dislike about ReminderCall? Honestly only thing is I wish you could save contacts in so I don’t have type in the same numbers each time. What problems is ReminderCall solving and how is that benefiting you? Lack of payments from clients, this helps us get payments in a timely manner.

"ReminderCall has been a great asset in improving our arrival rate!"

What do you like best about ReminderCall? Automation for the reminder process is excellent! What do you dislike about ReminderCall? Initial setup can be challenging at times, but once it is implemented it is very easy to maintain. What problems is ReminderCall solving and how is that benefiting you? Improvement in arrival rate / reduction of cancellations/no-shows. Also, we have proof that the reminder was received when someone says they didn't know they had an appointment.

"Amazing Helpful STAFF & Saves ME TIME!"

What do you like best about ReminderCall? I no longer have to call patient's for the next day. When we do have issues, staff is quick to assist and resolve the problem! We have used Reminder Call in conjunction with our Ekyros database and it has worked so well to remind our clients of upcoming appointments and to get the clients' responses confirming their attendance at their appointment.
