"Great service, easy to use, at a reasonable cost"

What do you like best about ReminderCall? Easy to set up and use. We like the ability to see confirmations for appointments. Also, like the ability clients have to text back to our office. What do you dislike about ReminderCall? I wish it could interface directly with my scheduling software. However, we plan on changing our schedule software so it won't be an issue in the future. "Easy and Convenient"

What do you like best about ReminderCall? It automatically sends from our scheduling software, which makes it easy to use. What do you dislike about ReminderCall? Would like to text additional characters. What problems is ReminderCall solving and how is that benefiting you? We are saving time from having to do reminder calls and get more effective responses from patients via text than via phone.

What do you like best about ReminderCall? Ease of use. We don't have to do anything but pay our bill. What do you dislike about ReminderCall? No known problems. It has functioned just as expected. "Affordable Appointment Reminders"

What do you like best about ReminderCall? They are affordable and reliable when sending messages. You can use E-mail, text, or a call. It will only send the reminder if they have an appointment once. Not a "We haven't seen you in a while" message, which our patients prefer to only get reminders when they have an appointment. You can also choose the time it is sent or send one at a specific time. What do you like best about ReminderCall? It is very user friendly. I like that I can do it from my computer and email What do you dislike about ReminderCall? The emails always go to my SPAM folder w hich is probably an email issue What problems is ReminderCall solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about ReminderCall? Remindercall Is a seamless product. It takes the data from my electronic medical records and calls the patient's to remind them of their upcoming appointments. What do you dislike about ReminderCall? There are times when the notification lags behind the patient answering the phone by 2 seconds and the patient hangs up prior to getting the message. What do you like best about ReminderCall? Reminder call saved me a lot of time and work. Since it is linked to the EMR we use, once the appointment is set, it automatically sends the reminder to all patients. When I first started, I used call each patient everyday. "Satisfied with ReminderCall so far"

What do you like best about ReminderCall? It is nice that it is easily integrated into the software (Chirospring) we use in our office. It was fairly easy and straightforward to set up and has been running smoothly ever since. What do you dislike about ReminderCall? The character limit can be so frustrating. I wish it was even just a little longer What problems is ReminderCall solving and how is that benefiting you? Fewer no shows and easier for people to cancel and reschedule.
