What do you like best about ReminderCall? We love how easy it is to communicate with our patients. They love the text reminder. We get complimented on that service daily. It is easy for me to reply right back to them if they want to reschedule. This service helps keep our relationship with our patients personal but takes a lot off our plate. "Easy to Use Reminder Service"

What do you like best about ReminderCall? ReminderCall is a very easy-to-use reminder service. Set up was simple, and the customer service was fantastic. Before finding this service, our office had two staff members devoted to calling patients every morning, and now we save so much time and money. What do you dislike about ReminderCall? "Appointments"

What do you like best about ReminderCall? Ease of use. We don't have to do anything but pay our bill. What do you dislike about ReminderCall? No known problems. It has functioned just as expected. What problems is ReminderCall solving and how is that benefiting you? We are sending intake forms to our clients before their appointment.

"A reliable office tool"

What do you like best about ReminderCall? The best function is the automatic queue system. What do you dislike about ReminderCall? I have not experienced any downsides at the time of this review. What problems is ReminderCall solving and how is that benefiting you? The automatic calls take the stress ooffvof the office team regarding reminders. The system is easy, reliable, and straightforward.

"Easy and Convenient"

What do you like best about ReminderCall? It automatically sends from our scheduling software, which makes it easy to use. What do you dislike about ReminderCall? Would like to text additional characters. What problems is ReminderCall solving and how is that benefiting you? We are saving time from having to do reminder calls and get more effective responses from patients via text than via phone.

"Great service, easy to use, at a reasonable cost"

What do you like best about ReminderCall? Easy to set up and use. We like the ability to see confirmations for appointments. Also, like the ability clients have to text back to our office. What do you dislike about ReminderCall? I wish it could interface directly with my scheduling software. However, we plan on changing our schedule software so it won't be an issue in the future. "Extremely Easy to Use!"

What do you like best about ReminderCall? ReminderCall is linked to our client management software (eKyros). It is super easy to send reminders, and I don't have to log into a different system to do it! Also, it saves our staff & volunteers from making telephone reminder calls.
