"Fast easy reliable"
What do you like best about ReminderCall? It is easy to use and saves time. It only takes a minute to send out to all of our appointments. What do you dislike about ReminderCall? nothing. It works the way we need it to. We dont have any complaints. Recommendations to others considering ReminderCall: You will be happy with Reminder call. What problems is ReminderCall solving and how is that benefiting you? Our scheduler can show us confirmations and we can streamline our call backs

"Making My Staff's Life Easier at the Front Desk!"
What do you like best about ReminderCall? Software is Easy to Use and Dashboard is Simple! What do you dislike about ReminderCall? Nothing so far. I really like the software. What problems is ReminderCall solving and how is that benefiting you? Reminding patients of appointments without making a phone call. Saving time for my front desk by doing this tedious work. Allowing us to communicate with patients via text vs waiting for a call back1

"Reliable"
What do you like best about ReminderCall? Has never missed a day in two years. Can not say that for my prior system. What do you dislike about ReminderCall? Multiple steps to reply to a text back from the reminder. What problems is ReminderCall solving and how is that benefiting you? Less missed appointments.

"Great Messaging Program"
What do you like best about ReminderCall? The ease of using it within our client scheduling program. What do you dislike about ReminderCall? Two-way texting is inconvenient since the only way (that I'm aware of) to receive notifications is through email. What problems is ReminderCall solving and how is that benefiting you? We use it to send a link to their client forms. This allows us to cut down on time in the waiting room. It is also nice to send quick appt reminders.

What do you like best about ReminderCall? That it integrates with my PMS so well. I don't have to go setup patients in a different system. What do you dislike about ReminderCall? Nothing really. "Awesome tool!"
What do you like best about ReminderCall? It is such an easy way to decrease no call no shows. It takes a load off your back to not have to text every client every night before the session. What do you dislike about ReminderCall? It's hard to change numbers/times it gets sent out. I wish I could change the number that it texts through the website instead of the clinic source. What problems is ReminderCall solving and how is that benefiting you? It is great to reduce number of no call no shows.

"Great service, easy to use, at a reasonable cost"
What do you like best about ReminderCall? Easy to set up and use. We like the ability to see confirmations for appointments. Also, like the ability clients have to text back to our office. What do you dislike about ReminderCall? I wish it could interface directly with my scheduling software. However, we plan on changing our schedule software so it won't be an issue in the future. "Affordable Appointment Reminders"
What do you like best about ReminderCall? They are affordable and reliable when sending messages. You can use E-mail, text, or a call. It will only send the reminder if they have an appointment once. Not a "We haven't seen you in a while" message, which our patients prefer to only get reminders when they have an appointment. You can also choose the time it is sent or send one at a specific time. "Extremely Easy to Use!"
What do you like best about ReminderCall? ReminderCall is linked to our client management software (eKyros). It is super easy to send reminders, and I don't have to log into a different system to do it! Also, it saves our staff & volunteers from making telephone reminder calls.
