What do you like best about ReminderCall? We can customize the messages and send texts What do you dislike about ReminderCall? The e-mails sent to us confirming texts were sent, don't show who it was sent to. What problems is ReminderCall solving and how is that benefiting you? Reminder Call is helping to lessen the number of appointment no shows.

"Great online texting service!"

What do you like best about ReminderCall? It is connected to my scheduling program so I don't even have to think about sending the texts myself, the computer does it all. What do you dislike about ReminderCall? The time constraints, I cannot text before 8am, our clinic opens at 7am, that hour difference is huge for us. What do you like best about ReminderCall? ReminderCall is easy to use and helps us collect valuable survey information from clients after their appointments. It is easy for clients to click on the survey link that they receive via text. You can use the same message for every client without having to put the information in again, so it is convenient and doesn't take up a lot of time. What do you dislike about ReminderCall? "Exceptional Service, Amazing Time Saver"

What do you like best about ReminderCall? ReminderCall has the best customer service and technical support (rarely necessary though). "ReminderCall automates without a lot of user input"

What do you like best about ReminderCall? I like that we can contact customers or remind them about appointments with minimal work on our part. It is as simple as uploading a spreadsheet, and ReminderCall takes it from there. What do you dislike about ReminderCall? I don't like the admin and username set-up the system uses. What problems is ReminderCall solving and how is that benefiting you? We are notifying patients of upcoming appointments.

We love that our patients are reminded about their appointments the night before and the convenience of being able to reply to our text if they need anything at all! "Great service for what we need"

What do you like best about ReminderCall? Our clinic appreciates being able to send out appointment reminders with little effort and that we can save several templates, depending on the need. What do you dislike about ReminderCall? The limited number of characters usable. What problems is ReminderCall solving and how is that benefiting you? Time has been saved since we no longer have to make reminder phone calls and can just automatically send texts out and get confirmation texts back.
