What do you like best about Relativity? No doubt, the community. That and the speed and ease at which I can get things done. What do you like best about Relativity? Navigation, user-friendly, and dynamic searches. What do you dislike about Relativity? Hard To think 🤔. Lag for heavy documents, which is obvious. What problems is Relativity solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy to share stats and create QC searches.

What do you like best about Relativity? I love that it's customizable. Being able to change layouts, views, tabs, etc. to meet the needs of the case is super helpful. Relatively easy to use. As in-house counsel, I love that most of my outside counsel has familiarity with it, so it cuts down on training time. What do you dislike about Relativity? Specifically RelativityOne. What do you like best about Relativity? The program speed and friendly interface. What do you dislike about Relativity? The support services have not been great. It takes longer to receive responses that explain or solve the issue. The acknowledgment that we took ownership of the ticket is not enough. What problems is Relativity solving and how is that benefiting you? We host everything in Relativity. We even use it for internal puposes of reviewing students resumes.

What do you like best about Relativity? I like that Relativity is easy to use and user friendly. I have to train legal teams on how to use it and they pick it up and learn how to use it pretty quickly. It's mostly intuitive. What do you dislike about Relativity? Not much. I wish that performance was a little better for very large workspaces (20 million documents or more). Complex saved searches can also be slow to run at times.
