"No tool is perfect, but Relativity is close!"
What do you like best about Relativity? Easier end-user interface than most of its competitors. Customer support and solutions are fantastic, some of the best in any software company I've used. Implementation is not bad since it is a cloud product, but you have to be very methodical in changes to your internal policies and workflow. What do you dislike about Relativity?
