User-friendly and best support team around

What do you like best? The majority of the software is intuitive, which makes training users easy. Also, since all of the documentation is available online, with a click of a button, users can learn on their own schedule. When questions arise that can't be solved using the online documentation, the support team is there to assist at all hours of the day/night. What do you dislike? The issue that causes the most pain is memory and/or viewer issues. It doesn't matter which browser is used, ...

Long time administrative user of good product.

What do you like best? I like how easy it is for new users to get started with limited functionality in Relativity and expand their use as their comfort and knowledge expands. What do you dislike? I don't like the lack of transparency and customization in the processing engine. I want to be able to have more control over what is published and what is suppressed. Recommendations to others considering the product There is a lot to learn, I would recommend hiring someone with advanced ...

Ruetten's Review of Relativity

What do you like best? My favorite features are the ease of use. The flow of you accomplish small tasks to achieve a larger goal just makes sense. kCura has built in tools to handle some pretty complex scripts to handle issues that might take much longer to accomplish if you had to export the data out, modify it and then export back in. While customer support has suffered due to its success, it still ranks up there as one of the best companies to provide help when you need it. They also ...

Relativity Review_LW

What do you like best? Easy to use and easy to train on. I have stubborn attorneys and have gotten them to even start reviewing and coding in Relativity. What do you dislike? Better training, not just for KCURA vanilla training. Real-life scenarios on how to use certain functions Recommendations to others considering the product Easy to use; easy to implement. Multiple ways of doing one thing What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None yet.

The right software for E-Discovery

What do you like best? Relativity has a very user friendly interface to navigate through. I especially like the way folders can be organized with sub-folders layer out in a tree type setting. The saved search option is very helpful to avoid running the same searches. The filters allow you to quickly find what you are looking for. What do you dislike? I have not had any negative experiences with the product to date. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

Relativity is a very complex tool but very easy to use and understand.

What do you like best? I like the usability and functionality it provides. We can have new users up and running with one short training session. We work with Project Managers and Litigation support specialist to determine the best, custom workflow for the individual organizations. It provides a full suite of analytics and algorithmic coding tools, which can dramatically enhance attorney review rates or even automate document coding entirely. It is essential that our clients are provided ...

Complete online solution for documentation organization, review and production

What do you like best? Stable platform; easy to learn and use; open development arena allowing for custom functionality and business logic for our varied case support; easy standard customization using existing interface What do you dislike? No ability to split a paper based doc in system allowing for document unitization; while native document processing and imaging has vastly improved speeds, the desktop client for importing/exporting documents is still limited in functionality and ...

The "Gold Standard" by which all other review platforms are measured.

What do you like best? Overall great tool that all other review tools are compared to. Relativity was originally developed for Foley & Lardner as a replacement for Concordance. At that time, Concordance didn't really support the review of native files in an efficient manner. kCura [developer of Relativity] has really embraced the concept of incorporating user feedback into features and functionality. Key features: High degree of customization to support simple to complex review ...

Relativity User for 6+ years and System Administrator for 3 years

What do you like best? The system is very user friendly and versatile. It is a very flexible platform that can host just about any type of data. You can apply security to just about any item in the database so that multiple user groups can have different types of access. It is a very well supported platform by kCura and they are constantly trying to make improvements. What do you dislike? The new HTML viewer for Relativity 9 needs some help; luckily you can still use the ActiveX viewer ...
