Director of a managed review vendor with more than 6 years of experience with Relativity.

What do you like best? I think it is by far the best tool from the admin side. I like the searching functionality and the visualization tools. I also like the documentation and training that is available. Every time I end up having to use another platform I always end up asking if it can do some of the things that Relativity does and the other products always come up short. What do you dislike? Many of the things I used to have on my wish list of things I wanted to be able to do in ...

Excellent Document Management System

What do you like best? As a system administrator, Relativity offers the opportunity to customise a workspace to suit your company's own workflows. There are very few limits as to what you can change. What do you dislike? One minor issue is that when producing documents, if you want these documents to be text searchable, you must run a third party OCR tool over them. Recommendations to others considering the product One needs to thinks about the cost and what you will be using it for. ...

Relativity Experience

What do you like best? The interface is very intuitive. I like the fact you can build your own applications for reuse. Beyond the program, I really like how every person I've dealt with at Relativity is committed to providing the best user experience possible. What do you dislike? I dislike the price. Also, there's no flexibility if we need to add features to our subscription -- we have to tear up and renew for another three years. It's is extremely difficult to predict what our needs ...

Flexible eDiscovery review platform with easier administrative functions

What do you like best? Full flexibility to do a wide variety of functions, while maintaining a fairly easy and consistent approach to administrative tasks; ease of creating your own add-ons via SQL scripts, or even creating Relativity Applications. Filtering on fields is quite user-friendly, and the Field Tree that can provide one-click access to any field designated to be displayed on that list is useful. I like the dashboards in the new UI and the ability to organize (and re-organize ...

Relaitivty has made document review and production preparation fun and efficient.

What do you like best? Overall, it just works. Relativity leverages new technology and is intuitive enough to allow everyone to use it without too much of a learning curve. What do you dislike? Because it is a very complex software, there are technical issues that arise with both data and workflows. It takes a lot of human expertise to make sure projects stay on track. More insightful error handling and early warning would be useful. Recommendations to others considering the product Get ...

Great Ediscovery tool

What do you like best? I like that Relativity is a simple platform for users that they can do a 30 min training and be ready to review. I also enjoy the fact that from an admin side that it is more stable than other ediscovery that I have used. What do you dislike? I feel like some of the set-up/ upgrades have become bloated over the time that I have used Relativity. There are parts that are great such as having a response file that auto populates for items within the installer but if ...

User Friendly and a very Intuitive tool

What do you like best? The best part about Relativity is its User Interface, You would be at comfort within a week or so working with this tool. And you could even be advance user just within 6 months of working on this tool. Circle pack Visualization is a very impressive feature. Dashboard is also a fantastic feature to present data visualization to client. What do you dislike? Not much promising in Processing, also no support for AD1 files, though I am fully aware that AD1 file's full ...

Anything is possible

What do you like best? Relativity is so customisable and scalable. It is the perfect choice for managing a few hundred documents or a few million. The possibilities are endless. What do you dislike? There is not much to dislike. After 17 years working with legal technology I have not yet come across a review tool that has comparable power and flexibility. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We offer Relativity as a hosted review ...

kCura's Relativity in a nutshell

What do you like best? The Simplicity and Flexibility of Relativity has been a big bonus with our Clients. What do you dislike? The Upgrade Process is a very time consuming process that requires an outage in an active environment this can be very hard to arrange. Recommendations to others considering the product Make sure to estimate your provisioning properly, and error on the up side, don't skimp on the SQL servers. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...
