Relativity is a very complex tool but very easy to use and understand.

What do you like best? I like the usability and functionality it provides. We can have new users up and running with one short training session. We work with Project Managers and Litigation support specialist to determine the best, custom workflow for the individual organizations. What do you like best? Overall great tool that all other review tools are compared to. Relativity was originally developed for Foley & Lardner as a replacement for Concordance. At that time, Concordance didn't really support the review of native files in an efficient manner. kCura [developer of Relativity] has really embraced the concept of incorporating user feedback into features and functionality.
