If there is an issue the support team works round the clock to correct the issue along with explaining why the issue happened in the first place. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The support at Relativity is the best I have experienced with any platform. The look and feel of Relativity for the end user. What do you dislike? I don't like when including families in a result set, you can't clearly see the original hitting documents vs the extra documents that were bought in because they are family members.
