Relativity finds important files faster

What do you like best? Analytics and the powerful search functionality allows investigation teams to find the files they need faster. Case Dynamics allows investigations to be organized logically. Review of files is made easy by customizing coding panels. What do you dislike? We have found that getting consistency across applications has been a problem. For example, we have found that date formats across applications are not consistent. Recommendations to others considering the product I ...

Powerful Document Review Software

What do you like best? Relativity is extremely easy to use and provides a vast array of functionality. The tool can be used for the simplest of review projects by searching, coding and printing, all the way through to the most complex matters using Technology Assisted Review and advanced analytics features in order to get through vast amounts of data very quickly. What do you dislike? Mostly the tool is great, there are a few issues and obvious features missing, That being said the ...

Robust product with great customer support

What do you like best? Relativity is crazy customizable and offers great documentation and customer support to help you configure as needed. What do you dislike? Lots of versions in the past increase dev work necessary to stay on top of tech as a partner, but with move to Rel1, that should slowly resolve itself over time. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Connecting high level analytics with reviewer performance to give clients a ...

Gets the Job Done

What do you like best? Relativity is a fairly easy program to manage and review documents with, but only if you've had training. I like that there can be multiple "sites" and sections and that you can save searches for document productions and label documents as such. What do you dislike? I do not like that the program is not user friendly. I am also not the most computer savvy individual. Once trained with Relativity, the program is fairly simple to use, but until you've been trained, ...

Comprehensive E-Disovery

What do you like best? I liked the ease of use with Relativity. It is very easy to set up searches, to organize content and preserve information. The UI itself is very easy to navigate, and also very easy to conform to your individual document management needs. Setting up coding panels for different matters is a fairly easy process, and developing 'buckets' based on your searches is easy as well. What do you dislike? There are some features of Relativity that are not as easy to navigate ...

Powerful tool but could be more user friendly

What do you like best? Relativity provides an extensive range of parameters to use to perform a document search. This can be particularly useful when trying to hone in on a document among millions of a very specific nature with little detail know. What do you dislike? Among its shortcomings: - Searches are slow - Interface requires too many clicks - Downloads over 90MB fail/timeout (possibly by design - Not particularly user-friendly Recommendations to others considering the ...

Streamlined Discovery

What do you like best? Tagging features and analytics make it easy to gain a clear snapshot of the review universe. Additionally, the ability to use multiple persistent highlight sets makes it easy to identify key terms or people in documents as well as quickly identify privileged material. What do you dislike? Many features are script-based, often long-running scripts, that can cause the program to timeout or experience latency. There is also not much flexibility in customizing the ...

All round great product, not much I don't like. Relativity - Excellent Document Review and Production Product

What do you like best? Relativity provides a great platform which is intuitive for non-techies to use. In addition, knowing how the back end works, you can build into it custom processes and procedures (scrips, apps, etc. to customize your workflows. It also allows for easy and consistent checks for inconsistent document coding, issues within productions, and post-production QC. What do you dislike? Often upgrades can cause inadvertent issues with other aspects of the workspace (i.e. the ...

Excellent Document Management System

What do you like best? As a system administrator, Relativity offers the opportunity to customise a workspace to suit your company's own workflows. There are very few limits as to what you can change. What do you dislike? One minor issue is that when producing documents, if you want these documents to be text searchable, you must run a third party OCR tool over them. Recommendations to others considering the product One needs to thinks about the cost and what you will be using it for. ...
