Excel on Steroids

What do you like best? I love the organizational abilities that Relativity has to store large data. What do you dislike? I dislike the Save As PDF feature. It is always going down for maintenance. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I personally do not work on problem solving with Relativity, but I do manage large quantities of data stored on Relativity. It is a platform used that surpasses searching for documents within Windows/Mac ...

Powerhouse needs an "simplified view" and an "offline mode

What do you like best? Relativity, as compared to other document review / case file management tools, is a powerhouse of capability. It's better than having all your documents in an access database, and having 20 database programmers to run queries and pull out files for you & etc. What do you dislike? There's no way to download files for later viewing. If I know I'm going to be on a plane w/o internet, or at a friend's cabin w/o internet, or etc., it would be really great if I could ...

Not great, but better than similar platforms

What do you like best? User-friendly; intuitive; easier to use than competing products in the same category. What do you dislike? You will always be wading through repetitive documents, no matter how well culled your batches. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? E-discovery using an intuitive and easy-to-learn platform.

great product

What do you like best? good product. best for legal software work for litigation. recommend it. Easy to upload and access data. Kcura is very helpful in resolving issues as well in real time. What do you dislike? cant reverse bulk coding and also cant code in list view. Bulk coding in list view is available for Ringtail so it would be nice to have these featured in Relativity. Recommendations to others considering the product get it. worth the money. It takes time to get used to it but ...

They don't provide an explanation of what the icon is unless you hover over it. That can be confusing. Recommendations to others considering the product Easy way to review lots of documents. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am reviewing ...

Great Platform

What do you like best? Ease of use combined with limitless potential. The out-of-the-box product works exactly as it should, but you can really expand the product once deployed to get it to work for you. What do you dislike? The cost of running some of the advanced operations can be somewhat prohibitive. There are a lot of 3rd party applications that compete with these advanced operations, so there is potential to expand the platform. Recommendations to others considering the product ...

The More You Use It, The More You Learn About Your Case

What do you like best? Easy to keep the data from all parties organized so that the legal team can do the searches, document reviews and deposition/hearing/trial preparation efficiently and seamlessly. What do you dislike? It takes a lot of clicks to get to where you need to go. There is a learning curve to understand how to use Relativity. Recommendations to others considering the product Relativity's learning curve is a bit steep, but if you understand how a database works and what ...
