Support for RelOne is amazing!

What do you like best? Rel becoming an all-in-one software is the biggest advantage. Having RelOne and not worry about infrastructure was even better. What do you dislike? Processing component still needs to be improved. Recommendations to others considering the product: RelOne resolves all the infrastructure and upfront capitalization challenges. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Most top tier clients trusts Relativity so it ...

All-in-one eDicovery platform.

What do you like best? Customization is made easy for each organization's preference with documentation and support readily available. What do you dislike? Nothing that I have experienced so far. Everything in the road map is looking promising as well. Recommendations to others considering the product: Documentation is detailed and well presented. Videos and webinars are also available if that is preferred. If those do not suffice, they also have a very responsive support team ...

Scalable, reliable, eDiscovery platform

What do you like best? Relativity can be customized on a client by client basis. It can even be customized down to users, removing certain clutter that only Admins should see to make the experience better for all. What do you dislike? Sometimes Relativity releases new features that aren't quite ready to be released and have some defects right off the bat or not the best workflows, sometimes it's better to wait and perfect the product before rushing it out for use. Recommendations ...

User Friendly, well designed, powerful tool

Not much to dislike. Sure it's expensive, but I do think it is worth it as well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been able to leverage this tool to assist various clients in forensic and corporate investigations.

Relativity Vendor's Review

What do you like best? Relativity delivers a consistent product. What do you dislike? Global control over data transfer tools configuration. As all tools require authentication to the RelOne environment it would be ideal if config options (such as max Aspera speed) could be set for an entire organization or user groups. Recommendations to others considering the product: Have a second tool in your toolbox for litigation support tasks such as re-branding images. What problems ...

A Robust, Evolving Ecosystem

What do you like best? Relativity is doing a great job packaging powerful features across the EDRM into a single streamlined UI. The platform strikes the proper balance between having enough flexibility to address the inherent complexities of eDiscovery, and the beer-growing demand for simplicity. RelativityOne and Aero further empower users to do more than ever before. What do you dislike? I think they could create new interesting functionality by considering how existing features ...

Too Many Features?

What do you like best? Relativity undoubtedly has everything one could possibly need in an e-discovery software program. I know there are features that I don't even know about within the program—that's how expansive the software's functionality is! What do you dislike? I think because there are so many features, Relativity can become clunky to use. I found it difficult to navigate to and perform simple tasks, like switching the view of a given document, or splitting the screen. ...

Workhorse that could be more of a thoroughbred

What do you like best? Relativity provides a good, dependable review interface. What do you dislike? Relativity seems a bit behind-the-curve in terms of options and flexibility. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use relativity to review and code documents for production in major litigations.

Excel on Steroids

What do you like best? I love the organizational abilities that Relativity has to store large data. What do you dislike? I dislike the Save As PDF feature. It is always going down for maintenance. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I personally do not work on problem solving with Relativity, but I do manage large quantities of data stored on Relativity. It is a platform used that surpasses searching for documents within Windows/Mac OS. It ...
