"Great software and great support"

What do you like best about Relativity? The application is good, well built, easy to use and intuitive. What do you dislike about Relativity? We still using the old version at work I would like to upgrade, because there are some technical issues. What problems is Relativity solving and how is that benefiting you? I am administrating Relativity, I am preparing cases for investigation team.
