That I know how to use it; that the vendors like Ricoh who support it are able to solve my searching problems and get me to the hot relevant data quickly; I have found competitor software to be better in the past (Xerra the first time I used it); the second time I used it I couldn't find anything...so my loyalty returned to relativity.
