"Relativity is Amazing"

What do you like best about Relativity? The easily digestible user interphase and all the tools you need in one platform make Relativity the number one eDiscovery tool. What do you dislike about Relativity? I don't particularly appreciate how Relativity has somewhere left the server version in the dark regarding upgrades. This, I think, could and should be as important to RelativityOne. They have done a better job on the above but server wants all the new toys too :) Recommendations to ...

"POV: You're a Relativity expert"

What do you like best about Relativity? Every certification is a challenge, but it rewards you with the best. I really love Relativity even after almost 5 years of using it. I have never seen any other software come near Relativity. What do you dislike about Relativity? None! Everything's good. I'd like to point out that you did a great job making sure everything is perfect. I have nothing more to say. Recommendations to others considering Relativity: You will never know how easy it is to ...

"The gold standard in discovery"

What do you like best about Relativity? The product makes my job easier and the people at Relativity do everything in their power to supercharge that too! What do you dislike about Relativity? Communication from the support team could be further improved. What problems is Relativity solving and how is that benefiting you? Our investigations have millions of documents, records and short messages. Without Relativity we wouldn't be able to get through it in a meaningful way at all!

"Best in Market Document Review Software"

What do you like best about Relativity? Relativity is extremely easy to use and provides a vast array of functionality. I have used 6+ popular platforms in the past and Relativity blows them all away due to its longevity and getting the core functionality right. The tool can be used for the simplest of review projects by searching, coding and printing, all the way through to the most complex matters using Technology Assisted Review, chat review, and advanced analytics features in order to ...

"Relativity is still the best choice for complex eDiscovery matters"

What do you like best about Relativity? Flexibility for us to develop in the platform and control our client's own outcomes. Having a Relativity on Premise allows us to respond to new data types in a moments notice. We did this with the development of MobileRev™ in the Relativity world to deal with text messages and review. What do you dislike about Relativity? The only downside to Relativity is that it requires time to truly educate and explain to customers the technical differentiators ...

"Still the industry leader"

What do you like best about Relativity? Industry standard so everyone knows it and those who are newer can figure out quickly. Can do advanced admin task and custom development Customer support and solution team are top knotch What do you dislike about Relativity? The Server product is getting less features each year and slowly forcing more people in the cloud solultion. There are still too many clicks for admin and end user functions. THe batch process is clunky. What problems is ...

"Relativity is our company's go-to for exhaustive document review"

What do you like best about Relativity? Blackout redactions are great to use with in-house & remote teams. By combining Relativity with our Citrix platform, we've been able to securely tend to our clients demands. What do you dislike about Relativity? I would say that Relativity is an all-around great tool. If I had to choose something we have difficulty with is locating documents already reviewed by specific coders when no batches are present. It is also a hindrance that multiple accounts ...

"Excited to hear about new products leveraging GenAI"

What do you like best about Relativity? The aiR Review is very promising as well as well the extend products. What do you dislike about Relativity? Scale is one of the downside of Relativity. Especially when you have Active Learning Projects over 2 million docs What problems is Relativity solving and how is that benefiting you? Active Leaning is the most heavily used in some of my projects. It's helping my clients speed up the review and also cut costs by the ability to cut-off review.
