What do you like best? that we do all aspects of our eDiscovery process in Relativity, from processing, review, analytics and production. What do you dislike? it is expensive - especially the users, and we find it a struggle to manage our users, and it is very time consuming. Recommendations to others considering the product: cost - is it affordable? users - how many users do you want to have it in house (R1 Cloud-based) or hosted by a vendor? do you have anyone ...

A part of our team

What do you like best? The people at Relativity is what really makes Relativity the best solution. The Relativity application is very good, but our long standing relationship with the people of Relativity has made all the difference. We view Relativity as a partner - an extension of our team. What do you dislike? Naturally as Relativity has grown there have been times when support or the product was not as responsive or extensive, but right now things are very good. Before Relativity ...

RelativityOne is an amazing tool

What do you like best? RelativityOne requires no infrastructure maintenance, heightened security, and using the R1SE is an absolute game changer! Regular updates so we get to use features faster, and a great support team to assist when the need arises. Active Learning has come a long way, and Analytics is a regular favourite of mine to demonstrate to clients and new users of Relativity. What do you dislike? Relativity Processing isn't as customisable/hands on as other tools like Nuix. ...

A Robust, Evolving Ecosystem

What do you like best? Relativity is doing a great job packaging powerful features across the EDRM into a single streamlined UI. The platform strikes the proper balance between having enough flexibility to address the inherent complexities of eDiscovery, and the beer-growing demand for simplicity. RelativityOne and Aero further empower users to do more than ever before. What do you dislike? I think they could create new interesting functionality by considering how existing features ...

All-in-one eDicovery platform.

What do you like best? Customization is made easy for each organization's preference with documentation and support readily available. What do you dislike? Nothing that I have experienced so far. Everything in the road map is looking promising as well. Recommendations to others considering the product: Documentation is detailed and well presented. Videos and webinars are also available if that is preferred. If those do not suffice, they also have a very responsive support team ...
