We have multiple pricing structures for our camp options and having Regpack simplifies our offerings to our customers. It breaks down plans by age and member status so registration is easy. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Our registration process is a little complicated. We need to check references and also get payments. Plus, we should be able to reject or accept participants. We also need powerful reporting. Regpack helps us with all of these. I'm not too high on the reports module sometimes. It is a bit confusing. What specific problems in your company were solved by this product? Good registration for both collecting info and payments

What do you like best? Having one place to both gather payments and registration information as opposed to using multiple clients What do you dislike? It is hard to use regpacks for the same groups but for different events. Option for retreat attendance

What do you like best? I like that it’s a great option for people to sign up for an event and it will ask them to pay and keep all the info in one place. What do you dislike? I dislike that it feels tricky to learn how to use as someone running the retreat or event. It’s easy for the person signing up less so for who is checking the stats.
