Enjoy it
What do you like best? It took a day to set up! And it was easy to set up with little guidance or googling needed. What do you dislike? Has yet to show results of referrals, but Recommendations to others considering the product Little customization available What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy referrals and benefit of letting the program run itself.

Good product for a small company
What do you like best? It was very easy to use and implement when we were looking for a referral program for a start up company. Not very expensive. What do you dislike? Limited bells and whistles, did not have a customer advocate who helped get the best bang from our buck for the program. What business problems are you solving with the product? Complex and time consuming to setup, but well worth it.
What do you like best? Without able to develop our own in-house solution, this referral system works pretty much well out of the box. What do you dislike? The cost is way too high. Awesome Interface, Brutal Customer Service
What do you like best? Beautiful interface that is fairly easy to set up. The price is a little high, but for how easy it is for users to complete its worth it. What do you dislike? Support is essentially useless. Wasted 4+ hours of time and bounced from the platform due to the absolutely helpless responses. It honestly felt like someone was pretending to know IT. Fast and simple referral system. No coding required (for the most part).
What do you like best? When looking at referral program options, ReferralCandy jumped out as 1 easy to set up, 2 an inexpensive option for a startup. Many referral programs are expensive, I'm not saying their not worth it, but if you have a small customer base and want to start testing referrals, Referral Candy can get you up and going for just $25 a month.
