Incredibly underwhelmed

What do you like best? I love the idea of this product. As the head of marketing for an e-commerce company, having an easy way for our customers to evangelize our product is so important, and being able to give them and the people they refer an incentive is great. What do you like best? Referral Candy integrates nicely with our site provider CrateJoy and provides customizable and brandable emails and widgets that look great. What do you dislike? There is some additional functionality we'd love to see as far as integrating with our system, such as a "Refer X people, get X coupon". What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Some of our subscribers love sharing our product and we love the lip service!

What do you like best? The ease of setup on this account was awesome! I liked that it was not heavy lifting at all to get started with Referal Candy. What do you dislike? Haven't Pulled The Trigger Yet But Very Intrigued by what ReferralCandy has to offer!

What do you like best? Currently we are working with the customer service team from RC to get something set-up to implement for our customers in 2018. They are responsive, easy to work with, full of great ideas and 100% willing to go with what we are comfortable with to start. What do you dislike? The fees to work with ReferralCandy, while they may very well pay off in the end, are a bit high for our liking and we have had to delay implementing month after month while trying to get them ...

Great way to start building customer loyalty

What do you like best? Everything was very easy to set up and maintain. Almost everything is there waiting for you and you can completely customized everything. We were able to make everything match our brand and be what we wanted it to be with minimal issues. What do you dislike? You cannot have multiple campaigns, referral and affiliate program in one.
