I like that it is helping recruiters take control of their ad's and build audiences themselves to drive conversations back on the site. As a business owner, I also like that it's set and forget and when I update a job in jobadder it's on my site in a moment, allowing me to advertise the role on my own channels rather then paying for a job add.
