Great for getting customer insights!

What do you like best? Heat mapping on emails to see which areas readers are mainly focusing on. What do you dislike? Can be a long and lengthy training process to understand all the tools. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No real problems, was used to enhance our knowledge of what consumers are looking for in our email campaigns.

Fantastic option should be coming off a global ESP

What do you like best? Personable with a 'no problem is too big' approach. They cannot solve all of your problems yet they know how to LISTEN. Straight from implementation to live and each month, they continually allow you to deliver your KPIs and mine your database to yield the right message to the right customer. What do you dislike?
